You and your trainer will explore your challenges your goals. As a team, you will identify key areas of focus to rebuild your ability to move right and feel right. Corrective exercises begin on your first day.

At a first session with Matt, we'll determine the primary areas of focus to help you with your goals. We'll also discuss a schedule that makes sense for you and partner you with an expert Upright Health team member for future sessions. Your session may be observed by another team member to ensure a smooth transition. Your future progress will be supervised by Matt. If scheduling allows and your situation calls for it, some follow up sessions may be scheduled with Matt.

Matt does not do any free phone, email, or Skype consultations.

Josh is an expert at gently guiding men and women toward more effective and efficient movement patterns. His experience as a college basketball player, powerlifter, and movement flow practitioner give him a breadth of knowledge found in few coaches anywhere in the world.

Please note that due to an impacted schedule, priority for follow-up sessions is given to those who have committed to longer term coaching.

Trevor's experience with football, basketball, and severe shoulder injuries and hip restrictions helps him understand the hurdles that stand in your way. After a shoulder surgery failed to stabilize his shoulder, he took it upon himself to learn how to get his shoulder ready for jiu jitsu, rings, and other gymnastics-related activities.

Vincent is soft-spoken, detail-oriented, and is an expert at coaching proper movement patterns. He has helped tech workers, managers, investors, and stay-at-home parents reach new levels of fitness safely and effectively. His chief concern is helping you understand and achieve proper form and then gradually increasing your ability to do all the things you love to do outside the gym.

All Skype sessions may be recorded for training purposes. No part of any recording is ever shared with anyone outside of the Upright Health team unless your consent is given.
